Undeniably this is a difficult time for everyone right now! As the government are clamping down on socialising and going out in general I have made some changes into the way I run my business to try and remain open. As like many, i'm not entitled to any government support and still need to provide for my children and pay bills. I have weighed up the risks of me continuing to work and believe it's very low risk me catching or passing on the coronavirus.
For as long as I am able to, I intend to remain open. I am currently 'self isolating' and apart from getting groceries the only other time I will be going out is to collect your orders and drop them off. When collecting orders this is done at my own private storage facility, where I do not come into any contact with people or any items anyone else may have touched. (I have an electric key fob shutter front with a key entry only I have access too and the facility is outdoors). I collect orders and pack them at my home, where my entire family are now self isolating and show absolutely no signs of the virus. When dispatching orders, I usually have to visit various dispatch points where I don't have any human contact it's a simple case of drop and go for them all now. When drop offs have been made I have a hand sanitiser that will be used after each and every drop off point as an extra precaution.
Dispatch days have now also been minimised to lower the amount of times I am going out, parcel dispatch days will now be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday while orders are still coming in but if they reduce I may reduce to just dispatching Monday and Thursday but i will update this if it happens on the checkout page.
Please note that orders during this time may take a little longer to arrive, this includes the Express shipping orders.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES
All orders can currently be placed by checking out with either Paypal, debit or credit card payments only. All transactions are 100% safe and secure. There is a flat rate standard postage and packaging charge of £3.95 and £5.95 for express shipping.
POSTAGE & SHIPPING
All deliveries will aim to be sent out either on the day of purchase or the next working day and should take between 2-4 working days to be delivered via our standard shipping service or 1-2days via express. Please give extra time for orders being sent over a weekend, bank holidays or public holidays.
I'm a big lover in trying to help the environment so reducing, reusing and recycling are big on my agenda when packing my parcels. I do reuse any perfectly good bubble wrap or boxes that have been sent to me by suppliers that I feel are suitable and in good condition (these are generally only very large boxes for big orders or certain products) and I also buy recycled paper as a void fill to prevent items moving around and breaking.
Orders can be returned within 7 days of order receipt but must be in original condition. To arrange a return please contact us via our contact form and explain the reason for return. Unfortunately any 'unwanted' items must be returned at buyers cost but full item price will be refunded upon safe return of the item.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
On the very rare occasion that an item is damaged during transit please simply send any necessary images of the damaged item and a replacement product or refund shall be given.
Any orders showing as 'delivered' to a work or company address won't be given cover for loss - please only use your workplace or company address as a postal address if you can trust your parcel will reach you once delivered by the courier.
No refunds are given if the shipping address given is incorrect - but location of the item will try to be determined and I will try and get your order to you!
No refunds are given if you request your order be 'left in a safe place'.
Shipping Abroad - I am very happy to ship products abroad, although I will only do so using my own secure courier. I don't have a shipping service set up within the website to automatically receive these orders, this is due to the fact that each different order may incur a different postal cost due to parcel sizes and weights, so I cannot have a set postal charge. If you would like to place an order please contact me via the contact page please state which items you would like to order and your country of residence, I can then reply with a accurate shipping cost and order total. Please note orders placed this way can be paid via Paypal only.
